Room and Floor Inspector

We are looking for thorough Room Inspectors with an excellent eye to detail. Are able to ensure the cleanliness standards and oversee all areas of our facilities? The goal is to enhance the customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Inspect and update room record for all serviced rooms in system
• Inspect vacant rooms
• Ensure all in-room equipment are in good condition and working order
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Maintain clean floors and closets
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Assist with room cleaning all areas of the hotel when needed to include guest rooms.
• Assist in projects assigned by department manger
• Report to work on time as schedule

Skills

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Must be able to prioritize and have time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• 2-years hotel housekeeping inspection experience
• Experience with computers, excel spreadsheet
• Experience with OnQ a plus but is not mandated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
